After you have received the rugs you purchased, you have 30 (thirty) days  to examine and admire them in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, all you have to do is contact our customer service department by e-mail or by calling  +39 055 715979 and you will receive instructions on how to return the goods to us. When we have received the items and made sure that they are intact, we will refund you the entire amount you paid except for the shipping costs which are always covered by the customer.
